Context/background

In the summer of 2023, the Mentorship Manager conducted several interviews with mentors and mentees to assess the effectiveness of the mentorship program. With the program's growth, it became essential to evaluate user experiences within Connect, both concerning the platform's usability and the program's design. The interviews aimed to gather insights into user satisfaction, identify areas for improvement, and ensure that the platform meets the evolving needs of its users.

What needs to be done?

• Review the transcripts of the interviews conducted by the Mentorship Manager.
• Categorize the feedback and insights gathered from the interviews.
• Analyze the categorized data to identify common themes and areas for improvement.
• Brainstorm possible solutions or enhancements based on the identified issues and user feedback.
