[CON/My Mentorship]: Replace an old profile card on the 'My Mentorship' page #963

Describe the bug On the 'My Mentorship' page on CON, we currently display the old version of the profile card.

To Reproduce

  1. Log into CON as a mentee or mentor with an ongoing mentorship
  2. Go to the 'My Mentorship' page
  3. See the old profile card displayed on this page

Expected behavior Replace the old profile card displayed on this page with the newly designed profile card, the one that we display on the 'Find a mentor' page.
