Reorganize equipment sprites. #39

This reorganizes the equipment sprites to have a one level structure below sprites/equipment

slot // itemname_gender_animationtype

Test or merge ;)

Why do we need hand/bow_male_slash.png? Shouldn't empty be used there (we should also find a way to prevent the need of this empty png while still allowing to ...

I am also not sure about the unused.txt. Are we supposed to keep this updated?

For the tools we btw have an extra tools repo (https://github.com/tales/tales-tools)

Otherwise it looks and works good.

The unused.txt isn't supposed to be permanent, but rather a reminder to look at the currently unused files and either put them into use or remove them.
