Client level progress bar not working correctly #5

My newest character - a level 3 "army guy" - does not level when the experience bar is full nor does he get more skill points. Update: other new characters don't level up after level 3 either!

It's a bug, the xp progress bar of the client shows wrong values atm.

Leveling up is possible though, at least till level 4, it will be hard afterwards. But balancing is still another bug.

This was an sdl client issue. We now use the qt one.
