Level 3 "army guy" that doesn't level can't fight without a sword.

also characters who already have the "unarmed skill" can't attack anymore without a sword!

I can confirm that bug. Not even training dummies can be hurt unarmed.

That's bad balancing, it works if you adjust the stats. Therefore it's a duplicate of #20
