Allow to raise attributes #20

Concept as discussed on IRC so far is:

Show a hint on the top of the StatusPage about how many attribute/correction points you have
Allow tapping an base attribute which then expands the item in the list
-/+ buttons in the expanded view of the attribute to plan the modification of the attribute
Accept & Reject buttons on the top of the window as soon modifications are made to accept or reset the planned changes

@Ablu I think it's a very good start! Later on we can work to improve the visuals to make it clearer that you can press on the attributes to spawn the -/+ buttons, but first of all the best thing is to make it functional.

Btw, we still have this points vs. correction points system, right?

Planning changes now works for both correction and attribute points: 2014-12-08-215813_531x744_scrot

The text on the top needs to be displayed better somehow of course.
