New release? #32

I'd love to get a version of wayland-proxy-virtwl that supports virtio-gpu into Nixpkgs, but currently to do that I'd need to bump ocaml-wayland from a release tag (1.0), to an unreleased version, which I'd rather not do.

Could there be a new tag?
