It seems that there is supposed to be a sign-in screen here, but nothing shows up. Additional bugs throughout.

Additionally, can you explain how users and accounts work? Is it one account per deployment? Are the accounts linked to DHIS2 accounts?

The workflow is: The app can work as a standalone or a DHIS2 web app.

If standalone, username and password login fields shows up. The username and password must be the same as used on DHIS2 instance
If DHIS2 web app, Proceed must be clicked to activate login to the datastore. DHIS2 datastore has limited filtering and aggregation capabilities. By the time this app was done, DHIS2 had none (Querying and filtering only available in version 2.38)
