Rotating specific branches when you have thousands of them #110

Dear @talgalili

I have been trying to find a workaround for quite some time now. What I have is a dendrogram with more than 8000 branches. I want to flip some of the main ones, basically pivoting their connecting branch. Using rotate would be quite hard in this case... right?

Thanks for any help you can provide!
