How to add color shade to each side of the tree? #112

I would like to add some color shade (for different clusters shown on two trees) to my tanglegram like this figure. Is there a way I can do that? Thank you very much!

Hey, This feature is currently not possible with tangelgram. I'm keeping this issue open as a feature request. Although I have no plans for implementing it in the near future.
