This is a known-issue with some versions of the "Superuser Permissions"
application.
There is not much I can do on Droid Wall to fix it.
You can try the following steps:
1. Disable Droid Wall (menu -> Disable Firewall)
2. Reboot your phone
3. Open the "Terminal Emulator" application
4. Type "su<ENTER>" to bring up the "Superuser Permissions" application to the
memory
5. Start Droid Wall and try to apply the rules again
