New version for RU translation #114

Updated RU translation to more appropriate - some definitions was taken from 
Microsoft Windows translations which is basic for translation programs, overall 
the translation was correct in grammar, but style of it was too childish.

Also small fixes to pronoun You in Russian - it must be with Capital first 
letter.

You are mistaken. "You" in Russian writes with small letter
(see item 2 of

Во-первых википедия это не последняя 
инстанция - полагаться только на неё 
несколько глупо. Во-вторых даже читая пункт 
2 - черным по белому написано к ОБОБЩЕННЫМ 
лицам, где, при работе с телефоном 
находятся ОБОБЩЕННЫЕ лица? Телефон в 
личном пользовании и руководствоваться 
надо пунктом 3 (раз уж википедия у нас 
теперь мерило верности).

In short - item 2 is related to plural. Section 2, paragraph 3 is correct...
