HAccordion component is not 508 complient #207

HAcoordion component from flexlib is not 508 compliant. Accordion header 
labels are not recognized or read by the screen reader. All the other 
components in the application are recognized and read very well. The 
screen reader used is JAWS 9.0 with flex plug-in.
