Basic UI Changes

Worked on some of the fundamentals:

Basic 404 page (Bug to be fixed: h2 title has a margin top for some reason), created media queries
Created sass variables for different screen sizes
Opening & Closing the side navigation (as default it is closed on mobile devices)
Added a README.md file with basic instructions for installation and usage
