obfuscated noneffective

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Create Proguard obfuscation configuration from the context menu of the plugin 
MANIFEST.MF.
2.Export the plugin
3.View the jar by the Java decompiler,appear obfuscated noneffective,all class 
is the same as source code.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
All Class or method... is the same as the source code. I didn't see the 
insead,because I don't known how to print process info on the control view,and 
I didn't see the proguard.map file,And so on.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
