Menu "Create ProGuard Obfuscation Configuration" not showing #19

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Install Eclipse Kepler SR2 (I tried "Eclipse for RCP and RAP Developers" and 
"Eclipse Modeling")
2.Install obfuscated4e

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The context menu is not showing the action "Create proguard conf" (moreover, 
the context menu is called "Plug-in tools", not "PDE tools")
obfuscate4e is installed in the "Installation details", but I cannot run the 
first configuration generation.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Last obfuscate4e version (obfuscate4e-updates-0.7.1.200906021638.zip) I tried 
Windows 2000 x86 and Windows 7 x64

Please provide any additional information below.
Is there another way to run the configuration creation step ?
Is it compatible with Kepler or do I have to use a specific release ?
