-added safedelete to models, settings, and requirements -computers can now be deleted only if they have NEVER been assigned

to verify: create a new computer and try to delete(should delete); also try to delete the first computer in the list(should not be able to delete) -added a test for delete as well - should bring test totals up to 11

IMPORTANT!!!! - you'll need to install the new requirement and make new migrations pip install -r requirements.txt

🐺 🐺 🐺 🐺 🐺 🐺 🐺 tested safe delete functionality with new computer - deleted as expected after confirmation tested with assigned computer - would not allow deletion ran tests and all passed checked full site current functionality and all performed as expected
