Missing UC #14

The UG emphasized heavily on users being able to know when tasks are overdue or have deadline approaching.

This thus qualifies as the following requirement in UC bug: Important use cases missing (a use case is important if it involves a user interaction that is worthy of documenting e.g., it has multiple extensions -- this is not the same as the feature being important)

It is an important feature but is not complicated with multiple extensions, so it does not need to be documented.
