Configuring tzdata

Please select the geographic area in which you live. Subsequent configuration

the time zones in which they are located.

and the job times out after 10 minutes.
I'm guessing it has something to do with image: pandoc/core:latest-ubuntu and the release of Ubuntu 24.04.
