We can't accept any contributions, no matter how small, if you haven't signed the CLA that you find in this repo, so please sign either the individual or the corporate CLA and mail it to legal@talkjs.com

That being said, we can't publish on packages that depend on prereleases, so the flutter_local_notification package cannot be at version 14.0.0-dev.2 Are you doing something that depends on that particular version, that is not possible to do on version 13.0.0?
