Add chinese translation

I can modify the code under normal circumstances, but I cannot open the software just like sys-tune(3.05, 10.03) in the TX system, and I cannot test the code I modified, so this task fix the code is left to you :).

Is it possible to support TX system in future versions?

I need to change the file name from atmosphere/content to sxos/titles .

It work fine in (3.05, 10.03) txos system. :) good app . I would recommend it to many Chinese People!
