Switch crashes when launching certain games #31

The Switch crashes when certain games are launched due to it running out of "AudioRenderer" sessions. This can be avoided by creating a blacklist where the sysmodule will stop once a "bad" game is launched.

Error occurred after boot logo. Works well when the Sysmodule turned off.

Clannad [0100A3A00CC7E000] also crashes the Switch, straight away from booting up the game

first 2 crashes on game boot, shortly after seeing switch logo in bottom right of screen.

Civ crashes when loading after 2K prompt.

All work when Triplayer Sysmodule is turned off.
