Modern CSS is cool and does all the fancy things we want it to do now:

variables (the syntax is meh, though)
color modifications with color-mix (although I really want relative color support, which is soooo close to being usable in all browsers)
nesting
imports

This PR moves away fro SASS in favor of just plain CSS

Depends on #45 to be merged first
