Move the "Struct parsing" to a shared modul (can be used for the Headless-Server) #53

The logic is currently placed in the cae-modules -> It can't be used in the headless-server or the studio-validators. The logic should be moved to a shared-module, which can be used outside the cae. Dependencies to the contentBeans can be replaced with content-ojects

Is there anybody out there, who is interested in using the form editor in in the headless-Server? Pleas let us know
