Hmmm... /# .. #/markup is the PGDP block quote markup. I assumed it would be changed to /Q..Q/ markup early on. (Suggested workflow step 5a, "a. For /#..#/ block quote markup, change to /Q..Q/. Add explicit FIRST:n, LEFT:n, and/or RIGHT:n values as desired. The defaults are set in the Flow panel.")

So Reflow ignores it, I believe, which would produce a mess when you reflow the ascii and it won't be converted on HTML convert either.

I had just one in the book so I didn't bother with marking, and just formatted it by hand. But I forgot to remove the tag.
