Reflow of a /U list with <i> set to treat as 1 or 0 causes bizarre formatting. Treat as-is looks ok.

Actually it doesn't look ok, the <i> is messed up even with as-is

This affects all three markups, text is arbitrarily deleted and generally messed up.
