as a user to edit my configurations i'd like to just have a button in the ribbon on outlook to click and edit a modal form instead of modifying code.

[ ] figure out how to edit vba code with vba code
[ ] make a user form to grab config info and keep it synced with current vba info
[ ] make updated form edit the other VBA Code
