Any help would be greatly appreciated as we're about to start experiments so it would be good to know beforehand if we're doing something wrong instead of realising after months of experiments that something is wrong and throw our data away.

The pull request #42 will fix this, it will be merged shortly and that will fix this problem by using the calibration videos directly.

Some clarification would be greatly appreciated, as well as ideas about why I get this error and how I can solve this issue?
I'm also attaching pictures of frames of the calibration videos from the top and side views for a better idea. You'll notice that the board was not always visible in the side view, could that be the issue?
