SLEAP in Colab : Dependency incompatibility errors #2021

Open ValeriePineauNoel opened 2 days ago

ValeriePineauNoel commented 2 days ago

I am trying to use Colab to train a model with SLEAP and I have a lot of errors relating dependencies, preventing me from installing sleap correctly in Colab. Is there a simple way to solve this easily?

Install sleap in colab.

I followed the instructions here.

My Colab is in a folder in my GoogleDrive called sleap. Here is a screenshot of what is in my repo.

Image

My first cell in my Colab is this

!pip uninstall -qqq -y opencv-python opencv-contrib-python
!pip install -qqq "sleap[pypi]>=1.3.3"

It returns a lot of dependency incompatibility errors (pasted bellow). I am not able to run anything after this.
