I can not install Blightfall! #189

I have a problem. My Technic Launcher can not install Blightfall. After a few seconds comes this error Message.

Error downloading a file for the following Pack: Blightfall Failed to download https://libraries.minecraft.net/org/scala-lang/scala-actors/2.11.6/scala-actors/2.11.6.jar Please consult the modpack author

I plead for quick help.

This is a problem on Mojang's end: It seems the server they server's they're hosting scala actors is on is down. Try again tomorrow. If it persists, we'll look into it.

What locale is your computer set to, out of curiosity?

Hi, it's actually not mojang that's the problem- mojang is our last-resort for all libs, and so that's why it's shown in the error message. Scala actors should be coming from maven or minecraftforge. It's concerning that it's not
