the issue revolves around the quest: tools to build the parts
upon getting the "part builder" it does not go to 100% instead it stays at 0%. i made certain that i am following the steps to build said item correctly using the item look up tool. i presume it might have something to do with the name. it would seem the item is call stencil table not part builder. unless somehow i am building the wrong tool i presume this to be a bug. is there perhaps a quick fix for this?
