Logo screen can't have fade effects due to it all being on the 'UI' layer. #486

Option 1: change fade affects or make a fade affect that affects the UI layer instead. Option 2: move art on logo screen off UI layer. And then move the title screen art and buttons off the UI layer, and fiddle with it.
