Text selection on Windows does not work #54

Hi, I have been unable to get Talon selecting text correctly on my Windows 10. Commands like 'select left' just move the text cursor without selecting anything. This applies for all the selection commands, and stuff like 'clear word left' etc.

FYI, I haven't been able to repro this one on v1276. Seems to be working great!
