[DG] Inconsistent error message shown when using example testcase #9

Tested the delmem command using the example testcases given: image.png

Output for delmem 0: image.png

Output for delmem 8 (for a list size of 7): image.png

The error message for delmem 0 and delmem x is not similar, but the DG mentions that the expected output for delmem x should be similar to that for delmem 0.
