I had make a basic website using html and css ..Lot of styling and work had to do i just made the basic layout ..please check and merge it under hacktoberfest 2023

I am merging and closing this issue with some additional changes. From the next time, write a message that says "Please review the changes" and don't write simply to merge the changes. I know you want to contribute to Hacktoberfest as much as I want you to succeed. But we do have to follow a process and make sure we are not gaming the system.
