Same results here on Droid 1 running Cyanogenmod 6.1.

Problem solved by installing Google Voice App. I installed the official google
voice app from the market and set it up. After setting up the google voice app
and opening Sipdroid the pbxes/google voice button appeared on the bottom of
the screen in Sipdroid. I don't know why it is necessary to install and setup
the official google voice app, but for some odd reason that works and the setup
button appears in Sipdroid. I was able to setup the account and it works fine.
I also uninstalled the google voice app afterwards. I am guessing that official
stock roms contain the google voice app by default whereas custom roms do not
and for whatever reason Sipdroid uses this or something that it does for the
initial setup. This was confirmed for me on Cyan Roms 6.0, 6.1 on a G-1 and
Enomothers 2.14.3 on a Nexus One but I am sure it will work on others.

I am also not getting the link to auto-setup PBXes.com account though I do have
the prerequisites (see below). I've tried reboots, clearing data &
uninstalling sipdroid, etc., but still don't see the button "New PBC Linked to
my Google Voice". Any work-arounds or can it be fixed?
+ sipdroid v2.0.1 beta installed
+ Android v2.2
+ Google Voice android app v0.4.2.13 installed & authenticated to my GV account
+ Phone: Droid2 Global
+ Carrier: Verizon (both wifi & CDMA, but never got that far)

Gtalk is also installed. I've done a complete wipe and tried over with same
results, i.e. no button.

POSSIBLE FIX (WORKED FOR ME):
I installed sipdroid a million times and the button never showed up. I have
google voice through my google apps email account (not @gmail.com).
I added a gmail account to Android (Evo 4G running CM6.1.2) and then and only
then did the PBX account button show up after installing sipdroid. Hope this
helps anyone who may be having the same frustrations.
After I set up the new PBXes account through siproid I then logged into
pbxes.org and changed the gtalk trunk info to my google apps info. I also
changed my email contact info under the Personal section.

I would say this is NOT working as intended. The wizard should allow Google
Apps users to see and access the wizard within Sipdroid.
This was driving me crazy until I read comment 8 (THANKS!):
http://code.google.com/p/sipdroid/issues/detail?id=753#c8
ATTN GOOGLE APPS CUSTOMERS: You need to manually add a temporary gmail account
to your android phone (This would be under settings -> "Accounts & sync", "Add
account" -> "Google" -> "Next" -> "Create" -> etc...). Once that happens, you
will see the button on the home screen of sipdroid to configure your PBXes
account.
Use your temporary gmail account username and password. You will ALSO need to
select a username for PBXes.org.
Once this process completes, you will now be able to use outbound calling ONLY
since your temp account will NOT have a Google voice number, but who cares,
keep reading...
Log into PBXes.org with your username you selected on registration an the
password from your temp gmail account, re-read that twice.
Once you are in, select "trunks" from the left menu and click on
"GTALK/tempgamail@gmail.com. From there, change your username and password from
the temp gmail account to your Google apps account. Click "Submit Changes".
From there you may have to reload Sipdroid, but outgoing and incoming calls
should work fine. Be certain that Google Chat (your google apps mail address)
is selected/enabled as a forwarded phone in order for inbound calling to work
on Sipdroid.
Feel free to delete your temporary gmail account from Google's site AND remove
the account from your android phone as a sync account. This would be under
settings -> "Accounts & sync", select the temp gmail account, and touch "Remove
account". Cheers.

I tried working off the above solution, even visited antifart site, but it
still does not show me the button to connect to Pbxes. I have set up my gmail
account on my htc, downloaded Gmail app, GV app and GChat app and installed
them from day one. Recently downloaded and installed SipDroid. However it does
not show me the Link to Pbxes button on home screen. I configured a SipGate no
and use it in combo of GV Callback-->SipDroid-->SipGate with sipgate no
configured as forwarding in GV. However sipgate no is not reliable and often
goes offline after sometime resulting in lost calls.
Please help with proper solution.

I also have this issue under the following conditions:
Motorola Droid with Android 2.2
Google Voice app installed, connected to @gmail.com account
Google Talk installed, connected to the same @gmail.com account
Sipdroid 2.2 beta installed.
Tried clearing Sipdroid data, but no luck.

Argh!
I have been working on this for hours.
LG Optimus V (yes, Virgin), running Android 2.2.1. Installed Google's GV app,
along with everything else Google except for Picasa & Books, a few days ago.
I've used GV through laptop for almost a year, and used my existing account.
It's all linked to the same gmail account. Set up the forward to chat and
unforwarded to various phones, etc.
I installed Sipdroid 2.3 beta. Set up the PBXes account. Used my long-time
Gmail account. I have a sometimes yellow, sometimes red, never green, dot.
And an error message on my phone that says my pbx account "registration failed
(404 not found)".
I don't know what's going on. I am curious about whether username or
username-extension should appear on my phone with my SIP account; when I go to
the PBXes website it says I can be reached at username@pbxes.org, although
username-ext@pbxes.org was added to my phone during the Sipdroid setup process.
Maybe that doesn't matter.
Help!

i read somewhere that you need to install the Google Voice application and then
sipdroid will give you the option "automatically" setup a PBX for you. you need
to just make a user name in the pbxes section, and then ur GV username and PW
into the bottom fields. the password for your pbexs.org site will be ur GV pw.
hopefully this helps

I found a solution to this problem. When I was using my mobile number as my
Google Voice number, there was no "create pbxes.org account for Google Voice"
button on the main Sipdroid screen. However, when I created another Google
Voice number, I then had the option to "forward calls to Google Chat" on my
Google Voice settings tab (from pc). After enabling that option, and switching
my Google Voice app to use my new number, the "create pbxes.org account" button
magically appeared on my sipdroid app screen.

I see that this bug is still not resolved after more than a year. It's too bad.
I wish I had time to hack on this, but I don't; and I'm certainly not inclined
to pay pbxes for a service I can't use.
