CCIT compressed TIFF file created in Gimp are displayed video inverted in XEE

First of all, if you have any Haxies, InputManagers, SIMBL plugins or
similar operating system hacks installed, please remove them first, restart
the program, and make sure the bug is reproducible without them.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open Gimp
2. Create an image in indexed color with a white background
3. Write some text in black
4. Save as TIFF with CCITT Group 3 or 4 Fax compression

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Black pixels appear white and white pixels appear black.
Open the attached file "demo.tif" in Preview.app and in XEE to see the 
difference.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
XEE 2.1
OSX 10.6.2
