mouse cursor inappropriately changes to the scroll hand #251

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start Xee with any set of jpeg (probably other formats too) images.
2. Click on either  the forward or reverse arrows
3. cursor will change from the correct pointer to the hand.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
cursor should stay as a pointer (arrow) will clicking buttons and only change 
to the hand while over the image.  When moved back over the control buttons it 
should change to the pointer every time.  It also remains as a hand when 
completely outside of Xee at any other part of the screen until clicked on 
something.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2.1.1 OS X 10.4.8

Please provide any additional information below.
