Where are the Preferences??? #279

First of all, if you have any Haxies, InputManagers, SIMBL plugins or
similar operating system hacks installed, please remove them first, restart
the program, and make sure the bug is reproducible without them.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open Xee
2. Goo to "XEE" menu - choose "Preferences"
3. Nothing happens, nothing opens

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to see the preferences window, instead nothing opens

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Brand new macbook air 1.7 GHz i5, Mac OS lion 10.7.2

Please provide any additional information below.

First, reinstall the program. Second, make sure any haxies or similar are 
turned off. If it still does not work, see if anything is printed in 
Console.app when you do.
