Xee crashes after photo editing

First of all, if you have any Haxies, InputManagers, SIMBL plugins or
similar operating system hacks installed, please remove them first, restart
the program, and make sure the bug is reproducible without them.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.   Open photo in editor (Preview)
2.   Edit, save photo in Preview
3.   Close Preview, return to Xee

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect to return to photo view. Instead Xee crashes and offers to re-open.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
v2.2 on Mac Lion

I'll need more information about how this works to do anything about it. A 
crash log would help, for one.
