Add 'Check For Updates' to non-Appstore version #397

I bought Xee from the website not the App Store. The App Store version will 
automatically alert you to updates but the website version doesn't.

Can you add an automatic check for updates when Xee is launched or, at the very 
least, add Check For Updates to the Xee menu?

Sparkle seems to be the default non-MAS auto-update framework.
