Add a preference to revert back to Xee 2 scrolling behavior #435

The scrolling behavior in Xee 3 is different enough than in Xee 2 that I have 
been avoiding upgrading for a long time. Specifically:

1) Open a large image and zoom to 1:1
2) Use two-finger trackpad scrolling and attempt to move image diagonally

Xee 2.2 tracks my fingers directly, which I like.
Xee 3.3 seems to bias motion to the horizontal or vertical axis, so diagonal 
motion ends up very janky at best, or doesn't even happen at worst.

If there were a way to revert back to the Xee 2 behavior, I would upgrade in a 
heartbeat. The new behavior just makes it too awkward to view details of large 
images.

Actually, I don't think that scrolling behaviour was ever intended, it seems to 
have been selected by mistake at some point. Changed it back to the old 
behaviour permanently.
