This seems to be some kind of Yosemite bug that comes and goes, but try to use 
the 3.4 beta from here:

http://wakaba.c3.cx/stuff/Xee3.4beta1.dmg

3.4 beta has bug on fullscreen mode:

The maximum image size is bound to the first image showed, then the others 
can't get larger.

No problem now. But the direction checking of dragging seems stricter when it 
is from left to right.

Besides, opensnoop always show such warnings after a while, is it normal?
dtrace: xxx dynamic variable drops with non-empty dirty list
