Make pendulum and native datetimes work without conversion. also allow numpy datetimes.

Coverage decreased (-2.2%) to 96.461% when pulling e236234b50f4209e31a987c8b91fc45fc8ce964c on no-pendulum into 7e7dc60f75dbbb1958437a2bf0f63c77d61e8a6c on master.
