Migrate to new computer #9

Some of the enhancements need a more powerful computer. We already have an Intel NUC with Windows 10 available for this; what needs to be done is deploy this in the Science Hub. It may be an issue that the system is shut down by acute power off; maybe Windows doesn't like this.

Solved by @stefanlinden by installing ubuntu20 on the NUC with overlayfs.
