Self-mentioning #23

As of the latest buddypress version, it seems that users can @mention themselves which triggers a notification. We need to either disable @mentioning for yourself entirely, or simply prevent it from issuing a new discussion notification. This becomes especially problematic when coupled with quote-mentions.

Had to do a little core hack to fix this, see the commit history and the file in extra-stuff, but it's all fixed!
