Partners Page #25

I had intended to use the built in WordPress "links" taxonomy to build a partners page that lets me pimp out other sites in the ESO community, not sure if I'll have time to do that for this milestone, or if I'll want to punt it. Any thoughts?

I'd definitely put this in next iteration. I think it is an idea with some potential, but should be reflected on how it can best be mutually beneficial for TF and the third parties involved.

Fair enough, the "to-do" list is looking pretty empty though, so I might have time to do it.
