Titles, Badges, and Prefix System #6

Flesh out the titles and title prefix system to actually have more robust options and come up with a default set of pre-launch unlockables.

Integrate these unlockables in with user profile badges.

I really love this idea. I was going to suggest either a badge and/or achievement system. I'm a big achievement whore myself so I could see this being really successful in the community. Gamification of a gaming related website is almost always pure win.

I started on this...we need to produce some documentation on exactly what badges + prefixes we will award and for what reasons.

I added some more badges, still think this component needs a bit more thought.

I think initially we should launch badges with a small handful of them. Then we'll have more time to really give more thought to what badges we want to add and what the requirements for them are.

OK... badges are done, at least with what I think I'm actually going to do for this iteration. There's definitely room to improve, but there's a solid set of badges out there that provides a good starting point.

For some reason the new image files in the /images/icons folder are not being recognized as changed by git and not uploaded to the repository. Do you know why this folder might be getting skipped over?
