The following are things to integrate within the procedures:
[ ] Develop coherent talking points so professors know that we know what we want
[ ] Emphasis on the EXACT time commitment we want from them (meeting every week or two weeks)
[ ] Emphasize what they will do (advice and not work on projects)
[ ] Constantly urge teams (CTC led for the first two weeks with team leads involved) to communicate with their profs (especially at the beginning) to avoid professors dropping off the face of the Earth
[ ] Establish routines with profs early and keep them going even if not needed by the teams at any individual point
[ ] Dedicate CTC members to finding profs in the first two weeks of the semester
[ ] Officers will be entirely dedicated to promoting the org to students and finding challenges
