Using the SoC, Season, and EoC checklists for both CTC and Team Leads, create a document that outlines how to complete the role of Team Lead.
This should be split into three sections in order:
General Information
Guide for specific tasks
Rare events and how to manage them
Sections be completed in the order 2 -> 1 -> 3.
Section 2 is based on the checklists and other general tasks present in every project.
Section 1 is based on general ideas of how a team lead should act and what they should be trying to accomplish. This is provided by previous Team Leads.
Section 3 is based on the previous CTC experiences with managing teams and how they were able to handle certain situations.
Typically this would be updated at the end of the summer as the last task for a CTC / Team Lead. This year, we have to do everything at the beginning so that the Team Leads have a starting point.
We will tackle section 2 first with each person being assigned a part of section 2:
